New Years Special from Fine Art Supplies on Fitzmaurice St

The Art world consists of many people who support the careers of artists.  Out of these people the most important are probably the suppliers of art materials.  In Wagga Wagga we are lucky to have an independant and beautiful art supply store Fine Art Supplies, run by Art Society member Karen Finemore. Karen's business supplies residents in Wagga Wagga and anywhere in Australia (online) for those remote artists who don't have a local shop to buy their artist quality materials.

Currently Fine Art Supplies is offering a New Year Special for this week only.  All Paintwell Stretched Canvas 20% off PLUS 80cm x 1.2m Mat Board is 50% OFF! Now $8.25 (Limited colours-but nice ones!).  No wonder Fine Art Supplies was the Winner of the 2009 and 2010 Golden Crow award for its excellence in Customer Service/Focus.

Fine Art Supplies is located at 111 Fitzmaurice Street, Wagga Wagga
10am-4.30pm Mon to Fri, Closed Saturdays and Sundays.

Shop online 24/7 at your convenience

Welcome To Wagga Wagga Art Society

Welcome to the first official blog for the Wagga Wagga Art Society. Wagga Wagga Art Society is a member of the Association of Recreational Culture Clubs (ARCC) in Wagga Wagga. Keep logging on to this site for upcoming events and of WWAS such as Art Society functions. We will also support the independent activities of individual members here on this site. You can expect to see new works from all of the members by featuring one artist at a time. We hope this will help you to get to know the who's who of the WWAS and how to meet, greet and collect their work.

Also keep in mind that you can post comments below each blog post with questions or queries or any feedback you might have for the work that you see. Please make sure that any criticism that you offer is constructive as we are supportive lot with mixed levels of experience in our practice. Having said that, you're thoughts are always welcome and we look forward to moving ahead with the blog and our program for 2011.

Please come and visit us! We are located just by the levee in central Wagga Wagga on Small St just next to the Amature Radio Club. If you would like to join please feel free to pop into our studio on Small St. Members receive free studio access, inclusion in Society activities such as the monthly Art on the Levee and discounts to workshops from artists from all over Australia. Membership is currently $45.00.
